a 5000 sf. expansion of the existing central kitchen, which comprises of new specialty kitchen, cool controlled temperature preparation area, cooler/freezer rooms and 16′ high storage warehouse area. Epoxy, polyurethane, sheet vinyl flooring and sealed concrete with different characteristics were used on different areas.
